Credentials You Can Earn
The NGTC photography program has a well-deserved reputation for excellence. Diploma and associate degree programs prepare graduates for employment in the diverse and growing field of photography. Instruction includes camera, multimedia, and digital imaging techniques applied to portraiture, advertising, and photojournalism. Graduates leave with a credential as well as a portfolio of work illustrating their skill.
Degree
Photography Degree
The Photography associate degree program prepares students for employment in the diverse and growing field of photography. The Photography associate degree program provides learning opportunities which introduce, develop, and reinforce academic and occupational knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement. Additionally, the program provides opportunities to upgrade present knowledge and skills or to retrain in the area of photography. Graduates of the program receive a Photography Associate of Applied Science Degree.
Diploma
Photography Diploma
The Photography diploma program prepares students for employment in the diverse and growing field of photography. The Photography program provides learning opportunities which introduce, develop, and reinforce academic and occupational knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement. Additionally, the program provides opportunities to upgrade present knowledge and skills or to retrain in the area of photography. Graduates of the program receive a Photography diploma which qualifies them as photographers with a specialization in portraiture photography or advertising photography.

NGTC‘s Photography program offers a certificate for those who want to specialize in a particular area or to refresh the skills they may already have:
