Scholarships
Scholarships are administered through a partnership between North Georgia Technical College and the North Georgia Technical College Foundation. Scholarship applications are available online, in the Foundation Office, and in the Financial Aid Office.

Grants
Grants are the most attractive forms of financial aid because money given in the form of a grant does not have to be paid back after graduation.

Loans
Loans should be used as a last resort to pay for educational expenses. Although it is not NGTC’s policy to encourage students to incur additional debt for their college education unless all other sources of aid have been exhausted, we have included a section containing additional information should you need it.

Alternative Funding Methods
If you do some thinking outside the box, you can find many alternative methods for paying for your college education. Not all of them may be your “cup of tea”, but if you find just one that fits your personality and circumstances, then the time spent researching will be worthwhile.
